Most kitchens in Wilmington will adjust a dish for common dietary needs like gluten-free or vegetarian if you ask when ordering. Hours vary widely: diners and fast-food chains often stay open late or around the clock, while bakeries and cafes tend to open early and close mid-afternoon. Catering and food delivery businesses in North Carolina usually require advance notice, from a day for a small order up to a week or more for a large event, so it is worth contacting them early.

Food is amazing balanced and you can find almost anything. Everything is well documented so you can avoid allergens, and genural nutritional value is requorded. Evry one is kind and often willing to talk when there is not a line. It can get quite loud and crowded but it is one of 3 main dining halls on campus

I was hosted on the campus during the 13th AIMS. I found this university canteen truly surprising. There is a lot of variety of food; various salads, Italian dishes, burritos, hamburgers, cookies... At dinner, the availability is even better, you can even find pizza!

Great food but breakfast isn't worth it, pretty bad. Half the food on the menu isn't actually avaliable. However lunch is usually 'ok' but still not great. Plenty of places to just eat in town.

Very variety of food and great service sometimes full but mostly empty with couple of people.

This dining center was world's better than my University 10 years ago. Salad bar, hot food bar, pizza offered daily, hamburgers daily as well. There is an aquaponic display inside the seating area. Fruit infused water was offered at breakfast and lunch.
